RYAN E. PEABODY

As the founder of Peabody Law Firm, Ryan Peabody wanted to create a firm centered on quality customer service coupled with a unique legal expertise. By focusing the firm on only estate and business planning, the philosophy of the firm could be uncompromisingly driven toward this end.

Estate and business law and planning is all about creating functional asset protection that should be designed to protect the resources we use to support our families. That’s our mission, that’s our goal.

Ryan is married with two wonderful children – twins! A boy and a girl. They are energetic, fun and active, highlighting every day the key importance of having a well-done estate plan in place.

Ryan graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, having focused his research and studies on estate and business planning. He gained experience in both Texas and California law firms giving him multi-jurisdictional exposure to the law and has allowed him to broaden his knowledge and approach to the more sophisticated applications of estate and business planning taking place in the United States.

Ryan’s approach to the law strongly emphasizes getting to know his clients as personally as possible, to gain the insight into their lives and families, to better understand their needs and goals, and deliver quality legal service beyond their expectations.

Krista

Attorney

KRISTA Paschke

Krista was born and raised in the DFW area, attending schools in Mansfield Texas for the majority of her childhood. Krista went on to attend East Central University where she graduated cum lade with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2015. While at East Central, she earned academic all-conference for four consecutive years while playing for the school’s NCAA Division II soccer team on a full tuition scholarship and was the Chief Justice for the school’s Greek Judicial Board as a member of the Chi Omega Fraternity. Krista believes that her years as a competitive athlete shaped her work ethic and determined mentality.

Krista then received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M University School of Law with distinction. While attending Texas A&M, Krista focused her education on a concentration in business law and estate planning. She has always had a heart to serve her community and views estate planning as one of many ways she can help those around her.

Prior to joining Peabody Law Firm, Krista’s career was focused primarily on corporate litigation, business law, estate planning & probate litigation. She gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John Chupp in Tarrant County while she completed law school and in fast-paced litigation environments as a young attorney. She was excited to make the transition to focus solely on estate planning, probate litigation, and business formation and is certain that her experiences managing complex legal issues and corporate structures will help her assist her clients in forming plans that provide adequate protection for all their needs.

When she is not working with clients, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, whom she married in 2019. Daniel grew up in Southlake and Carroll ISD, so the Paschke family deeply values investing in the Dragon community. Krista and Daniel have two rambunctious young boys, whom they absolutely adore. Krista also loves attending church, watching football, and spending time with friends.

Krista looks forward to serving you and meeting all of your estate and business planning needs!
